La Receta Definitiva para un Cheesecake de Oreo que Rompe Moldes

Ingredientes:

Para la base:

  • 24 galletas Oreo
  • 1/4 taza de mantequilla derretida

 

Para el relleno:

  • 4 paquetes (32 oz en total) de queso crema, a temperatura ambiente
  • 1 taza de azúcar
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 4 huevos

 

Para la cobertura (opcional):

  • Crema batida
  • Galletas Oreo trituradas

Instrucciones:

  1. Precalienta el horno a 160°C.
  2. Tritura las galletas Oreo (cremas incluidas) en un procesador de alimentos hasta obtener migajas finas. Mezcla las migajas con la mantequilla derretida.
  3. Presiona la mezcla de galletas en el fondo de un molde para cheesecake (aproximadamente 9 pulgadas de diámetro) para formar la base. Refrigera mientras preparas el relleno.
  4. En un tazón grande, bate el queso crema hasta que esté suave. Agrega el azúcar y la vainilla, y continúa batiendo hasta que la mezcla esté bien combinada.
  5. Agrega los huevos uno por uno, batiendo bien después de cada adición.
  6. Vierte la mezcla de queso crema sobre la base de galletas en el molde.
  7. Hornea en el horno precalentado durante aproximadamente 45-50 minutos, o hasta que el centro esté casi listo (puede tener un ligero temblor).
  8. Apaga el horno y deja el cheesecake adentro con la puerta entreabierta durante 1 hora.
